Cutter Dry Insect Repellent is a repellent designed for outdoor use. It protects against mosquitoes (including those that may carry West Nile Virus), chiggers, ticks, biting flies, no-see-ums, gnats, and fleas. Apply the product to exposed skin or clothing when outdoors.
