SePRO Total Pond - Clear is an algaecide designed to control a broad range of algae, including green, yellow, blue-green (cyanobacteria), planktonic, filamentous, and plant-like macroalgae. It contains Copper Sulfate Pentahydrate (4.1%) as the active ingredient. The product is intended for use in ponds, lakes, reservoirs, irrigation and drainage canals, and man-made outdoor water features such as gardens, ornamental ponds, and fountains. It works by disrupting nuisance algae cell processes and shutting down growth, typically showing discoloration within a day. Additionally, it features SeClear Algaecide and Water Quality Enhancer technology, which helps improve water clarity by binding and precipitating suspended solids and reducing phosphorus levels. Application is performed by mixing the product with water and using a pump style tank sprayer. For optimal results, a multi-application program is recommended (Initial, 2nd, and 3rd applications). When applying, do not treat more than 1/2 of the total water body surface area at any one time. The product is toxic to fish and aquatic invertebrates. Always wear personal protective equipment, including chemical-resistant gloves, long sleeves, long pants, shoes plus socks, and waterproof gloves. If contact occurs, follow the specific first aid instructions for swallowing, eye contact, skin contact, or inhalation. Keep out of reach of children.
