Timing & weather
- Apply Rezilon prior to weed seed germination.
- the herbicide needs to reach the soil surface and be activated by rainfall or irrigation.
- Apply during periods when sufficient precipitation to activate the herbicide is expected prior to target weed germination, but avoid application if heavy rain is expected which can move treated soil into areas with crops or desirable vegetation.
- For late fall applications, apply Rezilon prior to when the ground freezes.
Use restrictions 2
- DO NOT exceed 6 fl oz (0.078 lbs indaziflam) per acre of Rezilon in a 12-month period with sequential applications.
- When Rezilon is applied at a rate greater than 3 fl oz/A, hay may not be harvested until 40 days after the application.
