Weedone LV4 Solventless is a Group 4 herbicide used for the selective control of many broadleaf weeds. The active ingredient is 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid, isoctyl (2-ethylhexyl) ester at a concentration of 62.6%, which is equivalent to 41.5% or 3.8 pounds of 2,4-D per gallon. It is formulated for use in various settings including cereal grains (wheat, barley, millet, oats, triticale, and rye), corn, red potatoes, sorghum, soybean (preplant), fallow cropland, forests, grass pastures, rangeland, conservation reserve acres, and ornamental turfgrass. It can also be used for tree control via injection. The product can be applied via calibrated air or ground equipment, or by hand-held sprayers. When mixing with liquid fertilizer, follow specific compatibility guidelines. Users should be aware of weed resistance management, particularly regarding 2,4-D resistant biotypes.
