← Back to Nealta Miticide product overview
Nealta Miticide is a suspension concentrate containing 1.67 pounds of cyflumetofen per gallon. It is used for the knockdown and residual control of various tetranychid mites, including red spider mites, citrus mites, and various species of spider mites. It is applied to crops such as citrus, grapes, hops, pome fruits, stone fruits, strawberries, tomatoes, and tree nuts. For effective control, the product should be applied in sufficient volume to ensure thorough coverage of foliage. It is non-systemic and non-translaminar, meaning it stays on the surface of the plant. Users should be aware of resistance management protocols, including rotating miticides with different modes of action and not exceeding maximum application rates. When handling, wear long-sleeved shirts, long pants, chemical-resistant gloves (butyl rubber or nitrile), and shoe soles to prevent skin contact. Avoid contact with eyes and clothing. If spilled, prevent the material from entering sewers or water bodies.
