Keystone LA NXT is a preemergence herbicide designed for use in corn production to control a variety of annual grasses and broadleaf weeds. It contains two active ingredients: Acetochlor (15%) and Atrazine (5%). This product is intended for use on field corn, seed corn, popcorn, and sweet corn. It can be applied as a surface spray, through soil incorporation, or via sprayer irrigation. The herbicide is effective against weeds such as barnyardgrass, foxtail, crabgrass, and various broadleaf species like pigweed and ragweed. Users must carefully select application rates based on soil texture (coarse, medium, or fine) and organic matter content to prevent crop injury.
