Acadia 2SC is a broad-spectrum Group 11 fungicide containing 22.9% azoxystrobin. It is designed for the control of various plant diseases in crops including almonds, artichokes, asparagus, bananas, cereals (barley, oats, rye), and more. It can be applied via ground, aerial, or irrigation systems (chemigation/fertigation). The product is a suspension concentrate (SC) that can be used alone or with an adjuvant. Key handling notes include extreme phototoxicity to certain apple varieties; avoid using equipment previously used for apples on other crops. When using chemigation, ensure the system is compatible and follow specific instructions for drip, sprinkler, or center pivot irrigation. Always follow resistance management guidelines, such as rotating with fungicides from different groups.
