StorOx 2.0 is a broad-spectrum bactericide, fungicide, disinfectant, and sanitizer designed for commercial use. Its active ingredients are Hydrogen Peroxide (27.0%) and Peroxyacetic Acid (2.0%). It is used to control a variety of bacteria (including Salmonella, E. coli, and P. aeruginosa), fungi, and yeasts. The product has multiple applications: as a sanitizer for food contact surfaces and processing equipment, as a wash water additive for fruits and vegetables to prevent spoilage, and for disinfecting various non-food contact surfaces like floors, walls, and tools. It can also be used for disinfecting water in certain systems like drip irrigation or humidification.
