SaniDate 15.0 is a powerful oxidizing disinfectant designed for a wide range of applications, including food processing environments, agricultural settings, and water systems. Its active ingredients are Hydrogen Peroxide (10.00%) and Peroxyacetic Acid (15.00%). This product is highly effective at controlling non-public health microorganisms, such as bacteria (including Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella enterica, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa), viruses, fungi, and yeasts. It is used for sanitizing non-porous food contact surfaces, equipment, tools, and various facility surfaces like floors, walls, and drains. It can also be used for treating agricultural irrigation water, dust abatement on roads, and sanitizing water systems. For food contact surfaces, it is applied as a spray or soak. In agricultural settings, it can be used for treating fruit, vegetable, and raw processing water. Handling requires strict adherence to safety protocols: use personal protective equipment (PPE) including chemical-resistant gloves, eye/face protection, and protective clothing to prevent skin and eye contact. In case of contact, rinse immediately with water for 15-20 minutes. Always follow specific dilution rates and contact times as outlined for the specific target application to ensure efficacy and safety.
