Hornet is a broadleaf herbicide designed for the control of broadleaf weeds in field corn. It contains two active ingredients: flumetsulam (18.5%) and clopyralid (60.0% potassium salt). This product is used as a preplant surface, preplant incorporated, preemergence, or postemergence treatment. It is effective against a variety of broadleaf weeds but requires careful timing and application to avoid crop injury, especially in certain soil types or weather conditions.
