He explained what he was going to do and showed me places around my yard and house that he was treating specifically so there wouldn't be any issues. He looked around my yard for other potential issues without me needing to ask, and sprayed for carpenter ants that he saw around my trees. He reminded me multiple times to call in a few days if the issue was not taken care of. I felt like he was considerate of my time and needs, and was welcoming of any questions I had.
