We often hear about “family owned businesses” and the wisdom of patronizing a company that can track its history back to the founding fathers. Circle S Pest Control is one of those businesses. In 2002, a man named Dale Bagby, whose philosophy was simply “quality over quantity” purchased Circle S Pest Control from Forest Spencer. Forest founded Circle S more than 30 years ago and shared similar philosophies. He and Dale both thoroughly enjoyed the industry and the opportunities it provided to meet and help people in their community.
