Alto 100SL Fungicide is a broad-spectrum fungicide containing 6.9% Cyproconazole. It is a soluble concentrate formulation designed for the control of various plant diseases in soybeans, peanuts, and wheat. The product can be applied via ground, aerial, or chemigation methods. When using this product, technicians should be aware of its potential for groundwater contamination, particularly in areas with permeable soils or shallow water tables. Handling requires specific personal protective equipment, including long-sleeved shirts, long pants, chemical-resistant gloves (barrier laminate or butyl rubber ≥ 14 mils), and shoes plus socks. Always follow local agricultural recommendations for spray equipment calibration to ensure proper coverage and to minimize drift. Resistance management is critical; users should rotate Alto 100SL with fungicides from different groups to prevent pest resistance development.
