Lawnstar Bifenthrin GR is a granular insecticide designed for use on lawns and landscaped areas to control a wide variety of pests. The active ingredient is Bifenthrin at a concentration of 10.5%. It is effective against various insects including ants (including imported fire ants), mole crickets, fleas, ticks, and more. This product is applied as a dry granule to the surface of the lawn and then watered in to move the active ingredient into the soil profile. It is intended for outdoor use on residential, institutional, public, commercial, and industrial landscapes. When applying, technicians should use a spreader to ensure even coverage and must follow specific application rates based on the target pest and site conditions. Personal protective equipment (PPE) includes long-sleeved shirts, long pants, shoes plus socks, and chemical-resistant gloves.
