Indar 2F is a fungicide used to control various fungal diseases in a wide range of crops, including almonds, apples, blueberries, citrus, cranberries, peppers, stone fruits, and more. The active ingredient is Azoxystrobin (2% w/w). It is used for both indoor and outdoor applications, primarily through spray methods such as ground application, aerial spray, or chemigation. For ground applications, it can be applied as a dilute spray or a concentrate. When using chemigation, specific equipment requirements and calibration procedures must be followed to ensure even distribution. The product is designed to be compatible with most common agricultural fungicide systems, though users should check compatibility with specific adjuvants or surfactants. Handling requires Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including chemical-resistant gloves made of any waterproof material (such as polyvinyl chloride, nitrile rubber, or butyl rubber), protective eyewear, and long-sleeved clothing. Avoid breathing spray mist and wash contaminated clothing before reuse. The label provides specific instructions for different application methods, including dilution rates and timing relative to harvest. Always follow the specific rate and application instructions for the target crop and disease to ensure efficacy and compliance with safety restrictions.
