Doleac DMA is a Group 4 herbicide used for weed control in a variety of crops including corn, cotton, sorghum, soybean, small grains, pasture, hay, rangeland, farmstead (non-cropland), fallow, sugarcane, asparagus, turf, and grass. The active ingredient is Dimethylamine salt of dicamba (3,6-dichloro-o-anisic acid) at 50.2%. It is effective against a wide range of annual, biennial, and perennial broadleaf weeds. The product can be used as a solo application or mixed with other herbicides such as atrazine, metolachlor, or pendimethalin. When applying, ensure adequate coverage and avoid application during periods of rapid crop growth to prevent injury. For corn, avoid applying when corn is taller than 24 inches or when soybeans are more than 10 inches tall. Users must follow specific mixing instructions, such as using ammonia for cleaning spray equipment. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) includes long-sleeved shirts, long pants, shoes plus socks, goggles, and face shields. Always follow all label restrictions, especially regarding wind drift and sensitive crop stages.
