Armezon is a postemergence herbicide used for weed control in various crops, including all types of field corn, popcorn, sweet corn, and sugarcane, as well as between crop applications. The active ingredient is topramezone at a concentration of 29.7%. It is designed to control a wide range of broadleaf weeds and certain grass weeds. For optimal results, it should be applied when weeds are actively growing. The label provides specific application rates based on the target weed and crop type, typically ranging from 0.5 fl oz/A to 2.0 fl oz/A. Users should note that Armezon may require the addition of an adjuvant and nitrogen fertilizer for optimum weed control.
