Quadris is a broad-spectrum flowable fungicide used to control various plant diseases. Its active ingredient is Azoxystrobin, methyl [(E)-2-[2-[6-(2-cyanophenoxy)pyrimidin-4-yloxy]phenyl]-3-methacrylate], at a concentration of 22.9%. It is designed for use in various application methods including in-furrow, banded, and foliar sprays to manage soilborne and seedling diseases, as well as other plant pathogens. The product can be applied as a solo fungicide or in tank mixes with other registered fungicides. When using in-furrow, it can be applied in 3-15 gallons of water at the planting stage. For banded applications, it is applied to the soil or surface around the row. For foliar applications, it is sprayed directly onto the foliage. Users should follow resistance management protocols, such as rotating with different fungicide groups. Note that under cold or wet conditions, crop injury from soil-directed applications may occur. Always follow Worker Protection Standard (WPS) requirements and use appropriate PPE.
