StorOx 2.0 is a broad-spectrum bactericide, fungicide, disinfectant, and sanitizer designed for commercial use. Its active ingredients are Hydrogen Peroxide (27.0%) and Peroxyacetic Acid (2.0%). It is used to control a variety of bacteria (including Salmonella, E. coli, and P. aeruginosa), fungi, and yeasts. The product has multiple applications: as a sanitizer for food contact surfaces and processing equipment, as a wash water additive for fruits and vegetables to prevent spoilage, and for disinfecting various non-food contact surfaces like floors, walls, and tools. It can also be used for disinfecting water in certain systems like drip irrigation or humidification. When used on food contact surfaces, it must be applied at specific rates and allowed a contact time of at least one minute. For fruit and vegetable washes, it is diluted into water to create a solution. Handling requires specific Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including chemical-resistant gloves, eye protection, and protective clothing, as the product is corrosive.
